Long-time home recording honcho (and team captain of the #TeamPreSonus Men’s Cheer Squad) Joe Gilder has been popping up in all kinds of cool places lately, including but not limited to PreSonus LIVE, The Home Recording Weekly Podcast, PreSonuSphere, and… I don’t know, probably Wendy’s.
Joe recently spent some quality time over at was a guest on Home Recording Weekly’s podcast, talking about his new home studio. Joe Gilder is a freelance recording engineer and musician from Nashville. He studied recording at Middle Tennessee State University and went on to work for top music gear retailer Sweetwater Sound. While there, he became frustrated with the lack of training for home recording studio enthusiasts, so in 2009 he founded HomeStudioCorner.com, a website dedicated to helping people make better recordings.
