Are you 17 or younger and think you have what it takes to become music’s next superstar? If so, this is your chance to demonstrate your musical chops in Camp Jam’s SuperJam music contest. This FREE, interactive online music contest gives you the opportunity to showcase your talent and compete online via YouTube to be heard by friends and family. Receive feedback on your performance from some of the music industry’s top rock legends, songwriters, producers. and DJs. Winners will be determined by talent and fan support.

SuperJam allows entrants to submit to the contest in one of three categories; instrumentalist (guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, vocals), singer/songwriter (sing or play your original song) or DJ/production (original or remix) The contest is open to all contemporary styles: rock, metal, acoustic, EDM, pop, country rock, alternative, and more.

Winners will receive Studio One download codes, as well as music gear from other Camp Jam sponsors, plus credits toward Camp Jam’s summer camps. The competition is open to young musicians 9 to 17 years of age, any experience level. Ages 9 -12 must have parent approval.

[This just in from Steve Freeman, National Director of Camp Jam, far and away the rockinest summer camp that kids have ever known. A great guy, and a great organization that we are proud to have a hand in.]

These kids are growing up right, using Studio One and the StudioLive mixers to learn recording and mixing. The  StudioLive 16.4.2 is being used to mix and record performances from both the campers and visiting artists! Studio One Artist continues to be the DAW format for our recording/songwriting class.

The features and simplicity of StudioLive and Studio One have our camps running smoothly, and make a real difference in the sound of the recordings and performances. Campers are all being given a PreSonus code to download Studio One Artist.  We could not be happier with PreSonus and their efforts to support Camp Jam and music education!
