From August 1 through October 31, 2015, customers who buy any StudioLive AI console mixer will also get automatically upgraded to Studio One 3 Professional. If you’re looking for a professional studio solution (even in your very own home), this is the way to go.
StudioLive AI Mixers make a great choice for studio production work for 3 reasons: great sound, flexibility, and software integration.
Let’s Start with Great Sound
Flexibility For Every Studio Environment
Tight Software Integration
Benefits of the Studio One / StudioLive Connection
The StudioLive AI mixers and Studio One 3 play very nicely together. In fact, any settings you make in the StudioLive’s Fat Channel during recording are non-destructive—these settings can be imported into your Studio One session for additional tweaking during your mix process. Furthermore, StudioOne includes template configurations for all of our mixers and interfaces, so once you’ve connected the StudioLive to your computer and fired up Studio One, you’ve only got to make about two clicks before you’re recording. Smart stuff!
With all the additional effects, instruments, editing and Sound Design capabilities (like parallel processing FX chains) that come with the auto upgrade to Studio One 3 Professional. The StudioLive Production Suite is the ultimate solution for your recording studio (while still an incredible solution for live sound production and recording).
This offer is available worldwide. Just get yourself a StudioLive AI before October 31 2015, and you’ll receive a download link for Studio One 3 Professional in your my.presonus.com account when you register your mixer.
Donovan Blake knows what he’s doing. He’s charged with running front of house for heavy rock stalwarts King’s X, and has chosen the StudioLive 32.4.2AI as the right tool for the job—and his other job. Blake’s also got a trusty StudioLive 32.4.2AI set up for running live sound at Austin’s Dirty Dog on—where else—6th street.
Here’s why, straight from the man himself.

The kind geniuses over at Northern Sound and Light recently got their mitts on a StudioLive 32.4.2AI and cranked out this great overview video. This is an excellent primer for anyone who is considering getting a new StudioLive AI digital mixer and would benefit from a quick feature rundown.
Big thanks to Northern Sound and Light for their support!
Small Town Audio Resources in Redway, CA received their new PreSonus StudioLive 32.4.2 AI just in the nick of time for this performance by Grammy-winning reggae superstar Shaggy, pictured below. The mixer ran monitors during his performance at the Mateel Community Center. Having been a PreSonus StudioLive 24.4.2 user, the transition was effortless for engineers Rob Seifert Gage and Jim Fulton.
“For this Shaggy gig,” Rob says, “We chose the new StudioLive 32.4.2AI for its ease of operation and showtime reliability. We need about 12-14 monitor mixes, and it was effortless! In the past, we used two StudioLive 24.4.2s and would link them together, but we weren’t able to record all channels with that setup. With the StudioLive 32.4.2.AI, we get all the tracks and more—which is exactly what we were looking for in a desk .”

Something is spooky in the state of Louisiana. Clearly, there are forces at work here beyond the comprehension of mere mortals. What could it be? What’s hiding from us?
I suppose we will know soon, because whatever IT is… it doesn’t seem to want to stay hidden for long.
Sonic Sense Pro Audio is SO GOOD to us.
In this new video, they open with a nice breakdown of the workflow and feature upgrades in the new StudioLive 32.2.4AI as compared to the original StudioLive 24.4.2. They touch on Active Integration, computer-free wireless connectivity, Capture 2.1, Mute Groups, Scenes, Fat Channel updates, and more.
But they don’t stop there. They run a multi-track recording from the FoxField Four through BOTH mixers, and provide an A/B test of the stereo mix from both mixers, so you can hear the sonic improvements in the StudioLive 32.4.2AI for yourself!
Great work, guys, and thanks for your support!
A while back Rodney raised the bar for live webcasts with this great collaboration with ScanProAudioTV. We really need to work with those guys again. I mean seriously, they have a green screen and everything.
This just in from Mark Stone, Justin Spence, and Johnny McAndrews. Looks like a good time had by all, thanks to The Rocketboys for coming out and performing as well!

Sonic Sense got a hold of a StudioLive 32.4.2AI, and have taken it through the necessary paces. Take a look at their video overview below, but don’t stop there… click here to read their entire review of the mixer, which includes such kind words as:
“PreSonus has once again redefined what the compact digital console can be. The software that goes along with it is a perfect example of just how powerful modern, affordable digital consoles can really be.”
